At "Best Fruit At Mosman" we take pride in delivering only the best quality and freshest fruit & veg and flowers. If your expectations have not been met, we would love to hear from you to make it right.

 

Online Refund & Returns

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products such as special orders or personalized items, however, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If a product is not quite right, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. In order to improve our service, we may ask for photos of any damaged or products with quality concerns so that we can pass these onto the relevant teams to continually improve our service to you. Any refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
