In 1934 Antonio and Terzita Lopez opened a fruit and vegetable shop at 866 Military Road, Mosman. One of 33 fruit and vegetable shops in the suburb it was a popular shop achieving legendary status. With so much local competition Antonio placed a great deal of importance on display and would arrange his windows every day with fresh produce winning the New South Wales Apple and Pear Board’s prize for display.

More than 87 years later, we – “Best Fruit at Mosman” carry on the proud heritage of quality and innovation to ensure that we continue to be Mosman’s favorite and the finest fresh produce and flower shop.

If you live in Mosman, you probably know Vince & John. They both started working in a fruit store since the age of 14-15. Both John and Vince have got more than 30-40 years of experience in the industry. Our team is highly experienced, skilled, and hardworking. John & Sam would head off to the markets at 3am, and over time built strong relationships with the local growers and suppliers to ensure “Best Fruit at Mosman” got the very best produce and flowers. Vince & Priya would open the shop at 6:30am and get to know the customers so that we are able to deliver the highest quality customer service and go beyond their expectations. We do daily quality check of our produce and flowers so ensure that we got only the highest quality and freshest produce and flowers for our customers.

We love our farmers and growers, 99% of our fresh produces and flowers are locally grown and sourced. We have always believed in supporting our local farmers & growers and we really appreciate their contribution in our lives.

We buy only the best tasting produce and flowers from the sustainable suppliers. We believe moving with nature is not only good for environment but also good for everyone too, and that’s why we are always looking for sustainable and innovative ways to reduce the impact on the environment, for example, we are using only paper straws and recycled packages to reduce the carbon impact. We believe nature is a phenomenal thing, and if we take care of it, it will take care of us, it gives farmers a means to produce the crops, it provides nutrients to all the living beings and taste to our buds.
